For agencies & platform builders

Launch your own commerce platform — without building one.

Give your clients modern online stores under your brand, on your domain, at your prices. You own the relationship and the pricing; we run the engine underneath — invisibly.

Keep at least half of what you charge, from your fifth store on — more when you price above our list.

Why run it on GC

Your brand, your clients, your price — the engine handled and out of sight.

The whole surface is yours

It’s yours — brand, domain, and price

Your clients see your name, your logo, and your domain, and they pay the price you set. GC is invisible. It looks and feels like a platform you built.

You never build or run the engine

No platform to develop, no payments to wire up, no servers to keep alive, no team to hire for any of it. The stores, the checkout, the catalogs — all handled. You focus on your clients.

Your clients pay you, not us

Build your own plans, decide what each one includes, set your prices, and take the payment on your own account. We bill you wholesale for what you use — the difference is yours, and it never passes through us.

You bring the clients and the brand. We bring the platform they run on — and stay out of sight.

01 — YOUR BRAND

Your brand from top to bottom.

Your name, your logo, your colors, your domain, even the emails your clients receive. Clients experience a platform that’s yours — not a reseller badge on someone else’s product.

02 — YOUR PRICING

Your clients, your pricing, your revenue.

Build your own plans — how many, what each is called, what each includes, and what each costs. A monthly fee, a share of what your client sells, or both. Clients subscribe and pay on your payment account — or you invoice them yourself if you’d rather. Either way you keep the difference, and you can see it per client.

03 — THE ENGINE

The whole engine, handled.

Real online stores with checkout, catalogs, orders, payments, and everything a merchant needs — running for every client, kept up to date and reliable, without you building or maintaining any of it.

Nothing here is yours to build, host, or keep alive.
04 — YOUR OWN APPS

The integration only you have.

Your market needs something Galactic Core does not ship — the local payment method, the courier everyone there uses, your own CRM sync. Build it once and every client you onboard can use it, under your name, in their settings among everything else. They enter their own account details; you never handle them.

Price it monthly, per use, or leave it free. Whatever you charge lands on the bill they already get from you.

Your name on the screen. No mention of anyone else.
05 — THE TOOLS THEY CONNECT

Your clients connect their tools to you.

Marketing, accounting, catalogue, advertising. Connect your own accounts once and every client you onboard connects through them, approving it against your name. A tool you have not set up is simply not offered, so no client ever meets a half-connected option or a name they do not recognise.

Advertising works the same way, with one honest difference: Google and Meta approve an advertising account directly with you, and that takes time. Until yours is approved it stays off your platform rather than pointing somewhere else.

You write
“Deep forest green, calm and roomy, soft corners.”
You get, before anyone else sees it
06 — THE LOOK

Describe how it should look. See it before anyone else does.

Your clients work in this every day, so it should look like you built it. Describe the look you want and it is made for you — the colours, the spacing, and which sections your clients see. You review it on a real working screen first; nothing changes for them until you say so, and you can go back to any earlier version.

A colour too faint for someone to read their own orders page is refused rather than shipped.

07 — YOUR API, YOUR DOMAIN

The addresses your clients hand out carry your name.

A client publishing their catalogue pastes an address into Google. A client connecting a payment provider pastes one into that provider’s dashboard. Those live in someone else’s system long after they were set up — so they carry yours. Every platform gets its own from the day it is created; there is never a moment when another company’s address is what your client would have copied.

It serves the whole thing, so you can put your own documentation in front of it and ship your own client library. Turn one setting on and your platform publishes its own API reference, on your address, kept current for you. What it says is yours too — its name, its opening description, your support address, and where your clients go to get their keys. Write them once and every copy carries them, with a ready-made recipe for releasing the library under your own name, from your own account. Nothing about how it works changes: the same access, the same limits, the same security. Only the address.

Or run a marketplace instead.

If what you want is one storefront where your clients sell alongside each other — a single catalogue, one checkout, commission on every sale — that runs on the same platform. Your existing clients become its sellers and keep their catalogues, orders and customers exactly as they are. Talk to us about which fits.

Start to steady state

How it works

1

You’re set up as an agency

Your brand, your domain, and your look go in once. From then on, everything your clients see is yours.

2

You add a client

Invite a business, and a full store spins up under your brand — ready for them to sell, with nothing for you to build.

3

You build your plans

How many, what each is called, what each includes and what each costs. Your clients see your packaging and your prices — never ours.

4

Your clients pay you

Connect your own payment account and clients subscribe directly to you, or keep invoicing them yourself. The money goes to you either way.

5

They sell; you run the platform

Your clients run their stores; you see what each earns you against what they cost, and get a single wholesale bill from us.

Every store your clients run is the full platform — stores, payments, catalogs, and accounting — just wearing your brand.

The case

Why run your platform on GC instead of building your own.

Build it yourself

A commerce product to develop and keep alive

  • Years of engineering before the first client can sell
  • A team to keep the platform running once it exists
  • Payments, checkout, and catalogs to wire up yourself
  • Servers to keep alive, and updates that are yours to ship
  • Your brand waiting on a build instead of signing clients
A two-year build · a team to fund · revenue that waits
Run it on Galactic Core

A branded platform in days

  • Launch a branded platform in days and sign clients now
  • The engine scales, stays reliable, and updates in the background
  • Your clients never see us — they see you, on your domain
  • You charge what your service is worth over a simple wholesale rate
  • Your clients, brand, pricing, and relationships stay yours
Invisible infrastructure · visible brand · the spread is yours
What running a platform here carries
No cap on client stores
Add clients as you sign them — the number you run is a business decision, not a plan limit.
Room to grow without re-platforming
Run on the shared platform and it scales with you as your client base grows. Want your own dedicated, private setup instead? That option is there when you want it.
Longer history to fall back on
Extended recovery and history behind every client store you are responsible for.
A named person on our side
A dedicated account manager, so an agency question reaches someone who knows your setup.
The full platform

Not a stripped-down product — every client gets the full platform.

What every client store includes
A catalog that holds up
Products, variants, and spec sheets, with stock tracked by quantity or per unit.
Selling online and in person
An online checkout and a till for the counter — cash, card, and split payments, with receipts.
Getting paid
Card and wallet payments, plus gift cards and store credit redeemed against a total.
Customers worth knowing
Profiles, purchase history, lifetime value, and segments with a suggested offer for each.
Returns without the headache
Refunds, exchanges, or store credit — with stock and the books correcting themselves.
Books that keep themselves
Every sale, refund, and adjustment posts to a proper ledger as it happens.
Analytics with nothing to set up
Traffic, sources, the conversion funnel, and revenue by source, read in the admin.
A read on the whole business
A Business Health score out of 300–850 across four dimensions, from real trading history.
Someone to ask
A built-in assistant that answers in plain language and reads the store’s own live numbers.
Selling beyond one country
Multi-currency pricing, regional shipping, and tax handled at checkout.
Richer capabilities sit on the higher tiers — returns, expenses and content pages, then full accounting, smart search and recommendations, dynamic pricing, and selling in any currency. You decide which of your plans carries what.

Their store. Your platform.
Wholesale and retail
A client can sell to shoppers, to other businesses, or both — quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing on terms sit alongside the shopfront.
Grows with the client
From a first product to a busy catalog, on the same platform — a client moving up a tier changes their plan, not their software.
All under your brand
Everything above, wearing your name, on your domain, right down to the emails their customers receive.

Built for web agencies, platform builders, franchises and buying groups, and SaaS companies who want to offer commerce to their own clients under their own brand — whether you’re bringing a book of clients or building one.

Retail and wholesale

Your clients don’t all sell the same way.

Some sell to shoppers. Some sell to other businesses, on terms, at prices negotiated per buyer. Most agencies have to turn one of them away. You don’t — both run on the same platform, under your brand, billed by you.

Retail

Selling to shoppers

A storefront and a till. Catalog, checkout, payments, returns, gift cards, and the books — the client sells online, in person, or both.

Online checkout + counter till
Gift cards and store credit
Returns, refunds, exchanges
Wholesale

Selling to businesses

The same store, trading the way wholesale actually works: a buyer asks for a quote, you price it for them, they raise a purchase order, and you invoice on terms.

Quote → purchase order → invoice
Per-buyer pricing and credit limits
Net 15 / 30 / 60 terms

Two ways a client starts selling wholesale

01A client already trading with you

Ask for them to be moved into wholesale. We look at what their store has actually done — orders, catalog, customers, how long they’ve traded — and turn it on. They keep everything they had.

02A business that sells wholesale already

Bring them in as one. You gather the checks we publish, review them, and we verify before anything goes live — so the wholesalers on your platform are ones a buyer can trust.

You collect what’s needed however suits you — a form on your site, an email, a call. We publish exactly what that is, and your portal won’t forward an application until it’s complete. If something’s missing we ask you for it rather than declining, so nobody starts again over a document that was out of date.

And your wholesalers can sell to your retailers.

Both are on your platform, so a retailer ordering from a wholesaler is a quote and a purchase order — not a new relationship either of them has to build. Every client you add makes the platform worth more to the ones already on it.

How you charge

Charge a fee, a share of sales, or both.

A flat monthly price suits a client who wants a predictable bill. A percentage suits one who’d rather pay as they grow — and grows with them. You set it per plan, so different clients can sit on different models without running two businesses.

Flat fee
$49/ mo

A predictable bill. Best for a client whose volume is steady, or who is just starting out.

Fee + share
$99 + 1.5%of sales

A floor that covers you, and upside as the client grows. The most common shape.

Share only
2.5%of sales

Nothing up front. You earn when they do — the easiest yes for a client taking a chance on you.

You decide what the share counts

Per plan, so a retail client and a wholesale client can be charged on what each actually does.

Online orders
Orders that were paid
Sales at the counter
In-store sales, before or after returns
Wholesale invoices
What an invoice was actually paid — not what was invoiced

Counting wholesale at what was paid matters on terms: an invoice raised in January and settled in March earns you nothing until your client has the money.

Channelsonline + in-store
Your rate2.50%
Charge$501.90

Every period, itemised — so it’s a bill your client can check against their own figures rather than take on trust.

We bill you wholesale for what your clients use. What you charge them is your business — and so is the difference.

What you keep

You set the price. We charge you less than it.

You decide what each client pays — name the plans, set the prices, bill them yourself or let us. Underneath, you pay a wholesale rate for each store you run. The difference is yours, and it never passes through anybody else’s hands.

Just over half, and the same share whichever plan you sell. That is deliberate — nothing should push you toward one plan for reasons that have nothing to do with the client in front of you.

The prices above are a starting point

They are what we charge direct, so you have somewhere sensible to begin. Charge more where your service is worth more, or build a plan that looks nothing like ours. What you pay follows what a plan includes, not what you charge for it.

Your first four stores are at full retail

Wholesale begins at your fifth. It costs a working agency almost nothing, and it stops the obvious thing — signing up as an agency to buy a single store at half price.

No entry fee, no seat minimum

No annual commitment either. You pay for stores that are live and trading, so a client still on a free trial costs you nothing until they convert.

Usage beyond what a plan includes — extra requests, AI credits, media — is billed at cost plus your own markup, so a heavy client is still a profitable one.
