Getting started
Galactic Core is the complete system for running a commerce business — your products and stock, checkout and payments, customers, returns, and your books, all in one place. Think of it as the engine that powers selling: online, in person, across marketplaces like Shopify, Google and Meta, or all at once, from a single catalog. Galactic Core runs the whole operation behind your store and connects to wherever you sell — and if you want a public storefront website, our companion Anvil builds one for you.
Yes. Every plan starts with a free month — no card required. You build your store, add products, and start selling without entering payment details. You only choose a plan when you're ready.
No. You run your whole store — products, checkout, payments, customers, reports — from a visual dashboard, no code involved. If you also want a public online storefront, our companion tool Anvil builds one for you: you describe the store you want and it generates it.
Most merchants are selling the same day. Add your products (or import them in bulk from a spreadsheet or another platform), set your payment method, and you're live. There's nothing to install.
Yes. You can bring your catalog in from a spreadsheet or sync it from platforms like Shopify, and keep it updated automatically. Your existing customer records come along too.
Your store stays live and you keep selling. The premium features simply pause until you pick a plan — nothing goes dark, and we never charge a card you didn't give us.
Plans & billing
Four plans: Starter $29/mo, Growth $79/mo, Premium $199/mo (billed annually; slightly higher month to month), and Enterprise — contact us for larger or specialised businesses. See Pricing for exactly what's in each.
Annual works out cheaper — you get two months free versus paying month to month. You can start monthly and switch later.
A store is a business you run inside Galactic Core — its own products, customers, orders and books. Every plan includes one. A second business is a second store on its own plan, which keeps the two sets of books genuinely separate. If you run several brands and want them under one roof, talk to us.
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the time you have already paid for carries over as free days on your new plan — nothing is wasted. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
No — your founding price is locked in while you're a customer. We're in limited early-bird pricing for our first stores; the rate you start on is the rate you keep.
Yes. Cancel whenever you like — no lock-in. Your store stays live; the premium features pause, and your data remains yours to export.
Your data & security
Always — on every plan. Your store's data is yours to export or delete whenever you want.
No. Your data is walled off from every other store — never pooled. This isolation is a core part of how we're built, not an add-on. Enterprise goes a step further with your own private, dedicated setup end to end.
Every plan is backed up and recoverable — from 7 days of history on Starter, to 30-day self-serve restore on Growth, up to point-in-time recovery on Premium (roll back to the exact moment you need). Enterprise gets extended, tailored recovery.
We hold ourselves to 99.9%+ uptime and watch the platform continuously. When something is degraded you should not have to guess: our public status page shows what is happening as it happens, and you can subscribe to be told rather than discovering it yourself.
We're built for the US, UK and EU to start, and you can sell in any currency on every plan. Your customers' privacy is looked after, in line with GDPR and CCPA.
Yes. Customer records are protected, isolated to your store, and never shared. Sensitive payment details are handled by your payment processor — we don't store card numbers.
Selling & getting paid
Connect a payment processor (Stripe is the default; others are available depending on your region) and you're ready to charge cards. You can also take payments in person and online from the same place.
Your payment processor pays out directly to your bank on its normal schedule — we never hold your money. That keeps your funds yours and avoids any middle-man delay.
Yes. Galactic Core runs your point-of-sale and your online selling from one catalog — the same products, stock, and customers, whether the sale happens in a shop or on a storefront.
Yes (from the Growth plan up). You can lodge, approve, and process returns and refunds, with the stock and your books updated automatically.
Yes, on every plan — gift cards, promotions, and marketing campaigns are built in.
Yes. Keep your catalog in sync with Shopify (from Growth) and Google & Meta (from Premium), so you manage everything in one place and sell in more.
Storage & usage
No. Products and orders are never capped on any plan — list as much as you want and sell as much as you can.
Two things: the media storage for your product photos and videos, and your monthly request volume (how much traffic your store and any connected apps generate). Both are generous and you'll only ever hear from us before you're close to a limit.
Plenty: from the free trial's allowance up through tens of thousands of product images on the paid plans. Your images are automatically optimized when you upload.
Nothing breaks. You get a free buffer for spikes and flash sales, and beyond that it's simply pay-as-you-go added to your bill — no instant wall, no blocked checkout. We email you at 60%, 80%, and again when you reach your limit, so there are never surprises. (If you're consistently over, moving up a tier is usually the cheaper path.)
No. Bot floods and scraping are throttled automatically and never count against your usage — an attack can't quietly burn through your plan or cut off your real shoppers. You only spend on genuine traffic.
Selling wholesale (B2B)
Yes. The same store can trade the way wholesale actually works: a buyer asks for a quote, you price it for them, they raise a purchase order, and you invoice on terms. You keep selling to shoppers at the same time — it is one catalog and one set of books, not a second system. See Wholesale.
You apply on the wholesale page and we review it. We look at what your store has actually been doing — orders, catalog, customers, how long you have traded — rather than asking you to prove it twice. On approval you get a link that turns it on for your store.
Yes — that is the point of it. Each buyer can have their own price list, their own credit limit, and their own payment terms (net 15, 30 or 60). A buyer signs in and sees the prices you agreed with them, not your shelf prices.
You issue the invoice against the order and the buyer pays it on the terms you set. An invoice that passes its due date is flagged as overdue for you automatically, so nothing quietly ages without anyone noticing.
Agencies & running your own platform
Yes. You can give your clients stores under your name, on your domain, at your prices — they sign in to something that looks like you built it, and never meet our name. You own the relationship and the billing; we run the engine underneath. See Agencies.
Your own. You name your plans, decide what each includes, and set what each costs — monthly or yearly, as many as you want. You pay us a wholesale rate underneath and keep the difference, which is at least half of what you charge from your fifth store onward.
Your brand, throughout — the logo, the colours, the domain, the emails they receive, and the addresses they hand to other services. A client connecting a tool approves it against your name. Nothing points anywhere else.
You apply on the agencies page. We review every application, and if it is a fit we email you a link to set up your branded platform and add your first client. Before you go live we walk you through what still needs configuring — your logo, the address your clients' email comes from, and how you are billing them — so a client never lands on something half-finished.
Marketplaces
Yes — that's a dedicated build. You get your own private, branded marketplace where many sellers come under one storefront: one cart, one checkout, automatic commissions and payouts to each seller, and your own promotions and advertising to grow it. See Marketplaces.
No. Sellers get paid directly — commissions and payouts are automatic, and you never custody the funds. You set the commission and payout rules; you don't touch sellers' inventory or money.
Because each marketplace runs on its own dedicated setup and is configured around how you operate, setup and pricing are quoted per marketplace. Talk to us and we'll scope it with you.
Yes. Sellers keep full control of their own store, admin, inventory, and pricing — the marketplace just aggregates your catalog into its storefront.
Storefronts (Anvil)
Galactic Core runs the commerce engine behind your store. For a public, shoppable website, our companion product Anvil generates one for you — describe the store you want and Anvil builds it, already wired to your catalog, checkout, and payments. See Anvil.
Anvil has its own pricing on its own site, and you buy credit for it separately. You don't need Anvil to use Galactic Core — many merchants sell in person, on marketplaces, or through existing channels.
Yes. Galactic Core works behind any storefront — your own site, a marketplace, or an Anvil-generated one. Your catalog, stock, and orders stay consistent across all of them.
Integrations
Yes — naturally, not as a bolt-on. Sync your catalog to Shopify, Google, and Meta; connect your email marketing (Klaviyo, on Premium); send transactional emails and texts to customers; show live carrier rates and buy labels; calculate sales tax and VAT at checkout. See Integrations.
Yes. Bring products in from a spreadsheet or sync them from Shopify, and keep stock and prices updated automatically in both directions.
Shipping zones and delivery pricing are built in, and we're adding deeper shipping and tax-automation integrations. Check Integrations for what's live today.
Support
Support is included on every plan and we answer quickly whatever you are paying. Premium is prioritised, and we aim to reply first — within an hour. Larger businesses that want a named contact and agreed response times should talk to us.
Talk to us — email support@tybritelabs.com for general help, partnership@tybritelabs.com for partnerships, or info@tybritelabs.com for business inquiries. A real person replies.
