Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted — your store, catalogue and orders are all still there. Your admin locks to the plan and billing pages plus a full data export, and your online storefront pauses, until you pick a plan — and we never charge a card you didn’t give us.

Any shopping assistant can find, compare and prepare orders from your store on every plan, with nothing extra to buy. Two optional helpers — one that understands a shopper’s request in everyday words, and one that builds a cart from it — are paid for with Agent Compute credits, and only once you turn them on. $1 buys 50 credits, and each use is charged at what it actually cost to run. You buy from $5 to $1,000 at a time, credits last six months, and every purchase renews the whole balance. The helpers run with automatic top-ups and a monthly limit you set. These credits are separate from the credits your own AI assistant uses.
Yes. If you already run a platform for your clients, a marketplace across those merchants is $1,000 a month including a hundred participating merchants, then $20 a month for each one beyond that. On its own, it is a dedicated setup — talk to us and we’ll scope it with you.
Pricing and billing are in USD, and you can sell to customers in any currency on every plan — with regional shipping and tax handling built in.
The public catalog feed (the URL other systems pull your products from, and the Google/Meta sync) is available once you're on a paid plan. You can set it up during your trial — it goes live automatically the moment you upgrade. We hold the public feed for paid accounts deliberately: it keeps the platform free of catalog spam, which protects every real merchant's reputation and keeps your catalog in good standing with Google and Meta.
